Accounts Payable Specialist

Position Overview

Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist to join their team in California.

Responsibilities

RE and Yardi experience is highly preferred, though not mandatory. The role involves managing accounts payables processes efficiently to ensure smooth financial operations within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounts payable or a related financial role.
• Familiarity with RE and Yardi systems is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills to address any discrepancies or issues that may arise.

Required Work Hours

The A/P Specialist will be required to work Monday through Friday, following a standard first-shift schedule.

Benefits

The position offers a competitive hourly pay range, with a minimum pay of $26 and a maximum pay of $29.
